- Professionally handle high volumes of incoming inquiries from customers (calls, emails, chats, social media, back office and other B2c/B2B channels)
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding products and services
- Upsell products
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
- Follow up customer calls when necessary
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
- College Graduate of any course
- Minimum of at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a contact center for customer service (English speaking account)
- Positive, competitive, and driven team player who is open to learning
- Displays initiative, and can work with minimum supervision
- Ability to consistently produce quality work while in high stress situations
- Analytical with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills, in relation to determining best service that can be provided to customers improvement strategies around his/her overall responsibilities prioritizing workload and completion of multiple tasks in a predetermined time frame
- Knows how to research on the internet; MS Word and Excel literate
- Ability to establish rapport and can easily collaborate with others
- Available to work flexible hours and overtime.
- Willing to work in Quezon City
