Job Responsibilities:
  • Professionally handle high volumes of incoming inquiries from customers (calls, emails, chats, social media, back office and other B2c/B2B channels)
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding products and services
  • Upsell products
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary
  • Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
  • College Graduate of any course
  • Minimum of at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a contact center for customer service (English speaking account)
  • Positive, competitive, and driven team player who is open to learning
  • Displays initiative, and can work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to consistently produce quality work while in high stress situations
  • Analytical with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills, in relation to determining best service that can be provided to customers improvement strategies around his/her overall responsibilities prioritizing workload and completion of multiple tasks in a predetermined time frame
  • Knows how to research on the internet; MS Word and Excel literate
  • Ability to establish rapport and can easily collaborate with others
  • Available to work flexible hours and overtime.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
