We do not get in contact with your customers. You should ask your customers to contact you directly. For questions that you are unable to answer, you can contact us and relay our responses back to your customers.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?
Our dropshipping service is absolutely free. You only pay for what you order.
HOW DO I PAY FOR DROPSHIPPING ORDERS?
Payment is accepted securely via PayPal, Major Credit Cards such as Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, etc., just like regular retail orders.
WILL GAIN EXPRESS' LOGO OR RELATED INFORMATION APPEAR ON CUSTOMER PACKAGING?
No, every dropshipping package will be delivered to your customer without any Gain Express logo or information.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change it to your customer's address for every order.
WHEN DO WE SHIP OUT YOUR DROPSHIP ORDERS?
Usually 1 to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receiving your order. If certain items are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible so you can check with your customer.
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN UNSHIPPED ORDER?
Please contact info@gainexpress.com for a cancellation request within 24 hours for a full refund.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery in approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
Express Shipping: Delivery in approximately 2 to 5 days.
Most of our products already include the Standard Shipping cost, depending on the destination country.
If you wish to upgrade to Express Shipping, please contact us—so we can double-check the rate based on your customer’s location.
HOW ARE CUSTOMS AND TAX ISSUES HANDLED?
Our offered prices follow DAP (Delivered at Place) trade terms. This means the recipient is responsible for customs clearance and for paying any applicable import taxes or duties, if incurred. The customer is also responsible for understanding their country's import laws and handling any customs-related issues, including but not limited to taxes, tariffs, and potential item seizures.
