Unhappy with your item(s)?

If for whatever reason you are entirely dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to within 20 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Report or contact us for claims on missing items or parts, items damaged in transit,  and incorrect item delivery within two business days of receipt of item.

Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed


Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition and in their original box.
  • Any items returned without a RMA Form
  • Any items without a valid, readable serial number (if any), including but not limited to items with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
  • Any items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables and all other accessories originally included with the items
  • Any items that exhibits physical damages & dirt

Returns must done within 20 days after the purchased item has been received (unless specified) for replacement or full/partial refund depends on what is agreeable to both parties. Please note that this RMA number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit. 

Returning an Item :

All returned items must be in good and clean conditions with all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned to us for non-quality issues. Buyers will shoulder the return costs when returning an item for exchange, in turn will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) to be replaced. Package your item(s) and the RMA Form in the box and ship the return using the carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your RMA number with your merchandise. Please note that this RMA number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit. 
If received an incorrect item: You may
  1. Exchanging it for the correct item, or
  2. Returning it for a full refund.
If received your ordered item with missing part or parts, please contact our customer service to inform what item or part is missing from your order. We will send you the missing item or part immediately.
If your item is lost during delivery, please contact our customer service to inform your issue. We will then check it with our courier. Once we have the confirmation that your item is lost during transit, we will resend your item immediately or offer a full refund.

If we shipped you a defective or damaged item: You may opt to
  1. Exchanging it for replacement or
  2. Return it for a full refund
Clear photos or videos of item illustrating the problems or showing the damaged should be provided when contacting our customer service or requesting a RMA.
