Insurance
All items are well-packed. Most of our items include insurance. We will be responsible if your items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Product or Missing Parts
If goods arrive defective upon receipt, you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to request exchange for a new one. Item must be returned in its original and unused condition and must also be in its original box and packing. In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day the product has been received.

Return Policy
You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns. We will reimburse this return shipping upon verification of any faults of the product. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases.

Postage and Packaging
All of our items are checked before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house logistics department. Your purchase will be shipped directly to you as soon as we have received your cleared payment.

We usually ship our items by Hong Kong Post, it normally takes 8-12 days to reach your countries, if you want to get your items faster, we can ship items via EMS, UPS or FEDEX but will implicate higher shipping cost

Shipping Policy
For high value products, we may require verification of address to be scanned and emailed to us before we can ship it out. This is done to protect the interests of both you, the customer, as well as us, the seller.
